Who are our tools for?

Our tools are intended for all event organizers, whether free or paid.

Wilout meets individuals and professionals with regard to their event needs: festival organizers, non-profit associations, sports clubs, trade show organizers but also art galleries, musicians, musicians, student associations and others...

I don't have a website, can I still use Wilout?

Yes, when you create an event, you will be able to generate in a few clicks a mini-site customizable to your colors (images, logos, etc.).

It is immediately put online. Then, copy and paste the link and share it on your social networks.

Is my ticket office customizable?

Yes, our platform offers you the possibility to personalize your mini-sales site, to design e-tickets to your image, but also to modify the color of the sales widget that integrates into your own website.

For your mini-site, you start by defining the main color that will appear on all of your ticketing (mini-site, e-tickets and participant emails). It is also possible to customize the header by applying a gradient, by adding the name of your organization and/or your logo as well as links to the pages of your choice. You can also download an editable background image with blur and opacity effects. Finally, you can choose to add a Google Maps widget and the Facebook widget to your public page.

In terms of customizing your e-tickets, there is no need to hesitate between bar code and QR code, we offer both. If your event is difficult to access, you can insert a map. For your subscription cards, issue your e-tickets in badge format (A6).

As for the sales widget, you can change its color in a few clicks via your interface.

How can I control participants' access to my event?

We have developed the free “Wilout CONTROL” application to simply control access to your event from any smartphone with an internet connection.

To do this, simply download the “Wilout CONTROL” application available on Appstore and Google Play.

You can create a team and assign roles to your collaborators by distributing the types of e-tickets to be validated to each of them. Your employees can download the application and access it via identifiers that you have provided them in advance.

With this application you will be able to:

- Import specific lists of participants

- Scan QR codes or bar codes and validate your e-tickets

- Consult the list of your participants

- Search for a participant directly in your database

You can also access all this information and manage your event from your personal space.

Do I have to sign up for a commitment to use Wilout's services?

Wilout is non-binding, has no online fees and remains free for all non-paying events and this will always be the case.

For paid events, Wilout applies a fixed price of €0.85 including VAT per ticket sold, for e-tickets under €34 (including VAT).

Beyond this rate, we apply a commission of 2.5% per e-ticket sold.
