Who can we contact in the event of a technical problem with an NFC support or a control terminal?
In the event of a technical emergency concerning Wilout services, you can send a mail to our support, who will respond to you within 24 working hours. We are also at your disposal by phone Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. At 04 89 24 35 06. Can a ticket be assigned to an NFC device?
Yes, that is the essence of our solutions: it is possible to share an entrance ticket and a cashless wallet on the same NFC support, which makes it a very practical all-in-one tool!
How do I access the list of participants in my event?
You can find your participant lists on your back office, in the” tabAttendees”, or from your Wilout CONTROL app on your smartphone or control terminal.
Is it possible to import lists of tickets sold on other platforms?
Yes, it is possible for you toimport ticket lists sold from other ticketing platforms (Fnac, Ticketmaster...), in order to group all your lists into a single back office. This gives you a considerable time savings during the census of all your participants.
How do I check the e-tickets at the entrance to my event?
To check the tickets of your participants during your event, you can use the Wilout CONTROL tool, linked to your Wilout online ticketing. Log in using your ticketing credentials and manage your checklists through your back office. You can then scan the tickets with LThe Wilout CONTROL app from your smartphone, or from our control terminals available for rent or purchase.
