Every Monday (excluding public holidays), we transfer the amount of sales from the previous week, minus the Wilout commission. This payment will be credited to your account within a maximum of 3 working days.
Exceptionally, Wilout may, at the request of the organizer, make the transfer on a day agreed by both parties in order to avoid a late payment of more than 3 days.
It is very simple. Go to your personal space and enter your RIB in the My Account > My Information section.
The transfer of your funds will then be carried out automatically.
In case of doubt about the veracity, seriousness or legality of an event, Wilout reserves the right to request a scanned copy of your RIB or any other document that can prove the good faith of the organizer.
