These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use (hereinafter the” CGVU ”) govern all use of Wilout's online ticketing services (hereinafter “” The ticket office ”) .The applicable terms and conditions are those in force at the time of validation of the order by the purchaser of a Ticket (hereinafter “” The Participant ”) .The Box Office offers to buy entrance fees (hereinafter referred to as “” Entry fees ”) allowing access to the events identified there (hereinafter referred to as” The Events ”) and which are organized under the sole responsibility of third party organizers (hereinafter referred to as” The Organizers ”) .Any Participant acknowledges being legally capable. The Participant declares and acknowledges having read and accepted all of these Terms and Conditions without reservation.
Admission reservations are made in real time, according to availability on the desired date. The price, date and time mentioned on the Site's Event presentation page must be checked by the Participant prior to payment in order to ensure that it corresponds to the service requested. No subsequent complaint will be taken into account in this respect. Unless otherwise specified on the Event presentation page, the seats offered for sale on the Box Office are free.

3.1. prixThe prices of the Events are displayed on the Site in euros and are understood to be inclusive of VAT (All Taxes Included). The price shown is the total price paid by the Participant.Different types of rates may be offered depending on the Events. For example, reduced rates may apply to certain categories of Participants such as students. Proof of situation may be requested during the ticket check before accessing the Event. In the absence of valid proof on the date of the Event, access to it may be refused by the Organizer. Any change in VAT will be automatically and immediately reflected in the price of the Events. Access to the Event by the Participant will only be possible after full payment by the Participant of the price.
Access to the Event is made upon presentation of a valid Ticket.In the event of loss or inaccessibility of the Ticket, the Participant must first contact the Organizer whose contact details appear in the contact confirmation email, Wilout can only be requested as a last resort. Each Participant accessing a performance must be provided with a Ticket, regardless of age. A minor must be accompanied and supervised by an adult and remains under the responsibility of the latter. When the Ticket is nominative, the Participant must present a valid identity card when accessing the Event. Each Ticket has a unique bar code and/or a QR code. The dematerialized Ticket may be presented on paper before accessing the Event venue. The Ticket and in particular its bar code and/or QR code must be perfectly legible, otherwise access to the Event may be refused. The Ticket is unique and personal. It is impossible to be admitted to the entrance several times with the same Ticket. Thus, in the event of loss, theft or duplication of a valid Ticket, only the first person to present the Ticket will be able to access the Event, regardless of the name appearing, if applicable, on the ticket. The Ticket is only valid for the specific location, date and time of the Event. The Event starts at the time indicated on the Ticket. It is recommended to show up at least 30 minutes prior to the start time of the Event. In the event of a delay, access to the Event is no longer guaranteed and no refund can be made in this respect. The Participant may have to undergo a security check at the entrance of certain sites. Access may be refused to any person refusing to comply with this security measure. The Participant is attending under its own responsibility at the Event to which the Ticket provides access.Unless otherwise authorized, the Participant is prohibited from photographing, filming or recording the Event in any manner.The Participant is prohibited from reselling a Ticket for an amount greater than its face value.The Participant is also prohibited from reproducing, duplicating or counterfeiting a Ticket in any way whatsoever.
The Ticket is neither exchangeable nor refundable, even in the event of loss or theft. All orders are therefore firm and final. In accordance with article L 121-21-8 of the Consumer Code, Tickets are not subject to a right of withdrawal.
7.1: General provisions
It is recalled that Wilout only acts as an intermediary between the Participant and the Organizer. Thus, events take place under the sole responsibility of the Organizer. Under no circumstances will Wilout be held responsible for any incident related to the Event or its cancellation.
7.2: Cancellation or interruption of an Event
Subject to the provisions of article 7.5, in the event that an Event is cancelled or postponed, the Organizer shall inform the Participant as soon as possible and the Participant will have the option, if applicable, to exchange his Ticket for another date depending on availability. In the event of a rescheduling, any reimbursement of this Ticket will be subject to the conditions of the Event Organizer. 7.3: Use of image rights
Participants are warned that in the event of a film being shot or broadcast of the Event on television, their image may be included.
7.4: Access to the Site and the Ticket Office
Subject to the provisions of this article, the Site and the Ticket Office are accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and all year round.
