The list of participants

From your dashboard, it is possible to export your list of participants at any time in CSV or PDF format.

First, connect to your Wilout backoffice and follow these few steps:

1. Select your event

2. Click on the “participants” tab

3. Click on “export file”

4. Choose the format you want: 2 solutions are available to you

→ Retrieve a list of participants in PDF format
→ Import a list of participants on a distributor platform

Several collaborators or volunteers will be required to help you manage entry control.

On your event dashboard, you can create a team and assign roles to your collaborators. Generally, they will be “controllers.” You will generate identifiers for them and they will only have access to the lists of participants. In addition, you can divide the types of e-tickets to be validated for each of them.

Finally, your employees can download our application and access it via the identifiers that you have provided them in advance.

We developed the free “Wilout Control” application to simply control access to your event.

Indeed, it can be used from any smartphone with an internet connection. To do this, simply download the application” Wilout Control ” available on Apple Store and Google Play.

With the latter you will be able to:

— Import specific lists of participants

— Scan the QR code or bar code and validate the e-tickets

— Consult the list of your participants

— Search for a participant directly in your database

Wilout Contrôle Pro: the solution for high-traffic events‍

For large-scale events, entry control will require optimized equipment. That is why we have specially designed a range of hardware at the cutting edge of technology. The aim of the latter is to considerably reduce the wait for participants at the doors of your event!

Operation of the control device

Mobile terminals Wilout Pro Control require an internet connection in order to load control data. They make it possible to check electronic tickets equipped with a QR code or a bar code.

To start checking, go to the Wilout Control Pro app (pre-installed). Then enter your username and password, then validate (they are identical to those configured on your back office). You now have access to your current event (s).

Then select the event you are interested in and choose from the list of tickets (previously set up in your backoffice), the one or those you want to load on your mobile. Once uploaded you are in possession of your list of participants!

To start ticket control, two modes are available:

• Scan mode : in the application, go to the 4th tab and press the input field as if you were about to write.
  This step is required to initialize the focus. Then press the button to trigger the laser. Place the ticket perpendicular to the device and aim at the center of the bar code.
  
  
• List mode : go to the 2nd tab and enter the name of the participant in the search field. If the keyboard is invisible, simply press the button and then scroll through the list. Finally, click on the corresponding line to manually validate the participant.
