For this, Wilout offers you a on-site sales counter composed of a touch pad and a thermal printer. From your personal space, you will be able to consult the status of your sales as well as the amounts collected by rate and by payment method.

The Wilout sales desk allows you to sell your tickets on site on the D-day of your event. A network outage? No problem! Wilout ticket counters guarantee that you can sell your tickets with or without an Internet connection. We free you from a hazard on the day of your event!

Now, all the information sent to the database will be automatically synchronized to your organizer interface once the connection is restored. Thus, once you connect to the Internet, it will be automatically synchronized and will send you all the information directly to your personalized management space.

Let yourself be guided!

Log in to your ticketing interface, click on”sell on site” then”ticket office management”.

In just a few clicks, start selling your tickets! To do this, select the product (s) requested by the participant via the application, then validate the order and choose the payment method. Then cash in the order and confirm to start printing.

The ONSITE counter offers a wide range of functionalities: VAT differentiated by product, centralized stock management or even organization of rates in groups.

Access your sales history

From this tab, you can view and search your order list by name, order number, or date. You can also perform the following operations:

• Sending an invoice:

Select the command then click on”options”,”send an invoice”, fill in the required fields and press”send”!

• Refund request:

Select the command then click on”options”, select the command and”Refund the total”

• Reprint ticket (s):

Select the order, choose the ticket (s) to be reprinted and print the ticket.

Access a sales report

From this tab, you can consult a complete report of orders placed via this station in real time. Among other things, you can benefit from the turnover per product as well as by payment method, but also to have detailed information on your sales.
