Participant management


Attendees are the main target of your event! Improving their experience is one of the prerequisites for the success of your event.

Refund request

Click on the participant who is requesting a refund of their remaining balance. The user details will appear. You just need to click on the “”Refund” present in the part”Current balance”.

For greater convenience, each participant who has created an online account can request the reimbursement of their balance directly on it.


Customer invoice/ticket request

You can send a customer invoice directly from your back office. To do this, simply enter the name of the participant and click on it. A window on the right”User detail” will appear. Then, all you have to do is go to the block entitled”Operation” and click on the invoice icon. A window will open, all you have to do is download the invoice.

In order to facilitate your management, participants can directly download their customer ticket from their online account, so do not hesitate to communicate it!


Participant information

You can add filters to a participant's profile in order to better find your way around your list and thus filter them by refund made, full profile or NFC support. For example, the NFC support filter allows you to know if the participant has successfully associated their account with a device. In addition, you have the option of blocking a participant. Once locked, he will no longer be able to use his support.
