The Eskape Festival is an electronic music event that offers two stages: one dedicated to Techn/Hard Techn/EDM and the other entirely dedicated to Hard Music, with more than 50 artists. The event is distinguished by its festive atmosphere, its immersive decoration and its pyrotechnic shows, offering a unique musical escape experience to fans of alternative electronic music.

The importance of a cashless payment solution

To allow 25,000 visitors to fully enjoy the numerous shows without missing a beat, it was essential to opt for a fast payment solution. The organizers of the festival have chosen our cashless payment solution, because it offers them all the functionalities they need:

• NFC supports serve as virtual wallet : thus, festival-goers do not need to carry cash, and no longer fear errors in giving change.
  
• Cashless payment allows instant transactions, eliminating long lines at bars and other points of sale in order to make the most of the event
• Our mobile payment terminals are ultra-resistant to falls, splashes, and have a long battery life
• Revenues from each point of sale are grouped together in the event dashboard, facilitating accounting and inventory management in real time

Choosing a cashless bracelet

We offer our customers various types of NFC supports for their cashless payment system: NFC wristbands and cards. These supports, although having the same final function, each have characteristics that make them more or less suitable for certain types of events.

During our exchange with the organizers ofEskape Festival, we agreed that the NFC wristband would be the most appropriate medium for their event, thanks to its characteristics:

• Always with you: The bracelet is attached to the wrist, which makes it very accessible. Its compact size does not hamper movements, ensuring comfort throughout the event.
• Increased security: Unlike a card, the bracelet is attached to the wrist, and therefore has a much lower risk of being lost or forgotten.
• Sturdiness: The bracelets are ideal for outdoor events or events lasting several days, thanks to their resistance to any test.
• More practical: The cashless bracelet allows participants not to have to carry a bag during the festival, or to have to look for their bank card or cash, to risk losing or having their wallet stolen.

A shared bracelet

We suggested to the organizer a feature that was ideal for the participants: the sharing of cashless banknotes and wallets, on the same NFC chip.
A solution quickly adopted, since it allows festival-goers to only have to think about one thing to bring to the festival: their bracelet!

Thanks to this function, the participant's ticket data as well as the cashless balance are found. on a single NFC support, and can be scanned using our dedicated terminals.

A dashboard to track your data

Our cashless payment solution is connected to a scorecard, which allows the organizer to follow both sales and stocks directly, and by point of sale. It can thus obtain an instant overview of consumption. This makes it a very useful tool for forecast your stocks and manage your team according to the consumption preferences of festivalgoers, and peak attendance.
This solution thus combines ease of use and performance, and allows our customers tooptimize the management of their festival.
